Both ovaries bulky in size with multiple small cysts along the periphery with dense central stroma
Right ovary measures 3.3 x 1.8 x 3.1 vol-10.0cc
Left ovary measures 3.7 x 2.2 x 2.5 vol- 11.5 cc
How serious is this situation?? Can this be cured?? Will homeopathy be helpful? Other than proper diet and exercise.
