Hello good evening I was diagnosed with PCOS 1.5 month back For that my gynaec prescribed me Normoz and MVBC I'm unmarried Can I take tea by "& me" company made out of garcinia, green tea, shatavari, lodhra, mvbc? Like is it gonna have negative side effects or any kind of interactions if I take it along with normoz? Please do opine!

Yes you can take it. No negative side effects. Apart from it slight weight reduction have good effect on your body n reducing pcos symptoms.

You can take tea herbs that you mentioned dear . They are helpful to loose weight and control PCOD. Continue Normoz

U can take, no interactions.  But mainstay of pcod treatment would be weight reduction by diet and excercise till  you regularise your  menses  without medication.
