Pelvis poor window. Is it due to pcod.feeling pain during periods . Kindly suggest me is their any problem in my ultrasound report

It is likely to be due to empty urinary bladder. What it means is that your pelvis can't be seen properly. Repeat either with a full bladder or better get a transvaginal scan done if you are sexually active.
