Hello docs, I have PCOD. Last my periods was on 1st April. Till now it's not came.. Already I m also going through a tough emotional time and getting to much negative thoughts too and also not able to sleep as all the negative thoughts are also haunting and my weight is also increasing drastically. Due to this corona pandemic I have lost my job too, so facing lots of financial issue and also someone whom I loved alot has cheated me, so feeling to depressed, not able to sleep, emotionally down, not able to see any way out and this periods are also not. Sometimes I feel shortage of breathe too and too much head pain if these negative thoughts.. Please help.

Hi. Please be relaxed . By keeping a positive attitude you can overcome any problem . Start excersing daily , do meditation daily . Start tab Regesterone 5mg twice a day for 5 days after food . When you stop the tabs period will come after 7 days . Once you start thinking positively you can sleep properly .
