If you are still getting pain after/during periods then there could be other reasons to it, please find out a Doctor who could guide you through. You may need laparoscopy to diagnose and treat your pain

Don’t worry about PCOD . Don’t take medicines to cure it, as it will remain with medicines. Continue yoga& regular. You will need treatment for that when you get married and plan pregnancy. So don’t worry.
