Hi mam/sir using all ayurvedic medicine but showing no results which I missed periods for 6 months please suggest me and for last attempt I am using kalyanakam gruhatum,brahmi caps,annabhedi sindooram please help me and I am planning for pregnancy

Kindly share symptoms and other investigation like CBC you performed, your missed period may be due to cyst in overies. As you described medicine. I think actively working ayurvedic medicine are not in your described medicine. If not Major fault in ovarian cycle then ayurvedic management of your problem is curable completely.
