Pcod is a notorious condition  as your  periods are irregular  and so testosterone which is a male hormone, increases and so you company acne, and body and facial hairs, and obesity. You should be active in exercise daily, avoid junk food, fried food and eat green vegetables and fiber and fruits, avoid carbohydrates. And if your pds are regular and hairs are more on face and body chat me online on Practo consult app online for details about your issue and treatment plan.
