Facial hair
I am having facial hair in upper lip and under chin. Hair is now growing thick under the chin. What should I do to control this hair growth. Will Waxing in parlour helps or do I need to take any treatment??

Ma'am I understand your concern. Unfortunately cosmetic removal won't alone help the cause, and it's not a permanent cure. We have to understand the cause of hirsutism (excessive body hair growth in female individuals) You may consult with me for a detailed treatment plan discussion.
Next Steps
Consult.
