Pcod , high uric acid,
I have recently done health checkup & found high uric level , fbs 116, In usg pelvis , pcod volume also increased compared to earlier report irregular periods wt is 68 kg

Mam start doing daily physical exercises including brisk walk for 30 minutes daily to reduce the weight.and consume less amounts of fat and more of fruits and veggies.and consult a homoeopath for your pcod. and uric acid problems or you can contact me

Hello, decrease intake non vegetarian food items, Keep well hydrated, drinking 2 to 3 liters of water per day, unless you were told otherwise.Take all of your medications for hyperuricemiaas directed,Avoid caffeine,. Decrease weight ,aerobic exercise helps in weight reduction. Take medicines for pcos.
