You need to see an infertility specialist who needs to assess if the problem is of pcod alone and tubes, uterus and husbands reports are all normal or not.
Pcod alone would usually have a 70-80% chance of conception with medicines and injections alone for ovulation induction to help you make good eggs.

First stabilize your hormonal by proper work up for your pcod.... Your partner also should be evaluated for the same as conception requires factors contributing from both partners.... Consult gynecologist...
