Pcod and weight gain
I have irregular cycles .And i take ocp and regesterone to get my cycles . I have been doing.this for 3years . And I have gained a lot of weight . I'm about 120kg. One of my  friend suggested metformin.because she lost a lot of weight on taking metformin .Can I take metformin ? Is pcod cure able ? Is there anyway to get my cycles regularly?

Hi. Ya. You can have metformin but before it do blood tests like tsh, sr insulin fasting and pp, sr prolactin etc. After that meet gynaecologist and take medicine accordingly. You need exercise and diet modifications otherwise only with metformin wt will not reduce.
