Pcod and thyroid problem
I have been diagnosed with pcod and thyroid... For thyroid I am taking medicine.. for pcod whenever I take medicine, period will come. Once I stop the medicine, it will stop and will not come. I had zero exercise and bad food habit Now from may 1st onwards I am doing exercises and people's diet for wieght loss.. now I want to medicine for pcod parallely. How much tym it will take for wieght loss in a pcod person?

As you yourself staying here pcod doesn’t develop in day or night .it is a lifestyle disease and so once you deliberately try to lose weight by both diet and exercise you should see the results in months .all the very best
