However my acne is causing me grt trouble.can I start with isotroin tablets for acne along with yasmin? Or yasmin has anything to do with acne treatment?

Yasmin stabilises the hormonal imbalance, and thus reduces acne problem, but it needs time If you want you can start with retinoids
