PCOD & Diet
Dear Sir/Madam, My girlfriend has been diagnosed and has confirmed that she is undergoing PCOD. She was asked to use gonadil and other tablets. Last month she has been running late on her periods by 15days. And this month still yet to get through them. She is worried about PCOD which was stated can lead to diabetes or heart problems. Am scared of her, but trying to provide her all the oral support. I need advice on diet chat that is required to make her get through this. Is PCOD really unsolvable? Or it can be cured.
