PCOD + acne (not overweight)
I am having pcod, acne and irregular periods since 6 years( i am 23 )..I have nearly 12 follicular cysts in both my ovaries..I have never had cramps before my periods but since last two days i am experiencing pain in lower abdomen and near ovaries on both sides 2 weeks before my due date..what should i do..can this be ovarian cancer?

Most likely this is a PCOs ,for clearing doubts on cancer u need to get a few blood tests and cancer markers .
