Patches like wart on head
I have a issue on my head, as somwhere in my head some infection growth are happening regularly from last two to three years in form of small patches like wart, I didn't feel any itching on the spot but it's spreading from one place to another, at the moment its occurred in 3 place on my head from last 3 year and hopefully it will grow in coming time. Please do needful or advise for same

Need more clear photographs to comment on that. Could be wart.
If it is then you can get it removed by electrocautery.
