Share details  such as whether it is from restaurant or home made or ready to eat etc since pasta as such is a highly processed which means it provides  more calories  ,carbohydrates  and high in preservatives  and other additives such as chemicals hence it is not a complete  food and  not recommended  as  everyday  routine  food. Here i also would  like to mention that  the ingredients  added while preparing  also has an influence .

Pasta is refined. Instead of pasta there are many indian breakfast which you can try with Vegetable or try to opt for Smoothee or Oats with Vegetable. Pasta if made in homemade red sause with lots of greens or colourful Vegetable can be taken once in two weeks but not daily as you miss your protein in the same. Hi Pasta on regular basis is not recommended, because of its high carbohydrate content. Generally Pasta and it's general cooking ingredients make this high calorie meal. It spikes blood sugar rapidly, hence it may cause weight gain or high blood sugar level. Once in a while is fine, but on regular basis, It is not recommended. If your are lover of Pasta, everyday you can have two teaspoons of cooked Pasta to satisfy your taste buds! However it can be taken on regular basis also as your breakfast meal, but you will have to talk to your Dietitian, he or she can plan pasta recipe for your breakfast with some addition or deletion in your whole day diet.
Next Steps
