Past ectopic. Current scan
Pl find report attached of first USG. No Sac seen but fluid seen. My hcg rose from 200- 680 in 48 hours done on 30th June. Will repeat hcg tomorrow and then again USG. Does this fluid mean ectopic? Had HSG test last month left tube was open. Plz guide

Ultrasound will pick up a pregnancy only after bhcg is more than 1000
too early to say if it is an ectopic pregnancy
