Don't over eat.

Eat in small quantities.
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Avoid outside food.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Avoid carbonated drinks.
Avoid lactose if intolerant.
Don't take stress.
Can take antacid for few days.
