Partial hearing loss
I hit my head against a wall by accident. This happened 7 years ago. I went numb for 5 min. Couldn't hear or see anything for 5 min. Following which I couldn't hear for a day. I heard broken audio for one day. Thankfully my hearing was restored the next day. But from then, my left ear doesn't work as good as right ear. I didn't take seriously back then because I was just a teen. Seven years later, I still can't hear properly from left ear. I get frequent headache, dizziness, and eyes also feel stressed. My headache is not just on forehead, but entire scalp . I went to ent today , audiology test done. He confirmed that I have hearing loss in left ear. I have 46 db for left ear and 23 for right. I want to ask two questions. 1) can I do anything for hearing loss other than hearing aid. 2) should I get my head checked for any head injury. Please give suggestions. I'm really worried.

You should go for an Impedance Audiometry as PTA is showing a loss of 46dB. The status of your bones inside the ear needs to be checked once. If all other probabilities are ruled out then checking for a neurological cause is advisable. For now let's rule out the ear pathology you may have!
