Parotitis
I have swelling in parotic gland and its become almost 1 month and its doesn't pain but its feel . Its seem to be little harder some times its feel less and sometimes more , i am worried about it after google but not fever or chill , is there any test so that we can assure its not serious

Get an ultrasound of the parotid region then after that we can get an FNAC done to find a diagnosis
