I am having a terrible fear from last 4 months. Due to multiple pain all over the body. I visited many doctors, movement disorder specialists, all bld and scans are completed. Nothing came out. But the neurologist whom I believe very much said its anxiety disorder. Can anxiety cause pain all over body more towards left
