I totally agree with my colleagues. You are only 50 and need to have a good quality of life. Being a Movement Disorders expert I think you should be assessed for DBS.

Completely aggree with dr.jogendra ,timely intake of levodopa and other antiparkinsonian
Meds.will help . Need to be in regular touch with neurologist and some patients might benifit with Deep brain stimulation also.
Parkinson disease is a well established age old neurological disease. It has definitive treatment. Though there is no medication to cure it but it can be kept under control for many many years with medication and patient will live apparently normal life with medication
