Stroke usually has some risk factors like High BP, Diabetes, excess smoking or drinking, high cholesterol, cardiac disease or rhythm abnormalities, obesity. So first if there is any risk factor one should take care of that and control it. At such young age like your stroke is rare so do not worry abt it.
Next Steps
However since you are still anxious you can also do MRI brain and Neck angio with 2d Echo and Holter to see if there is any abnormalities in arteries or the heart.( However for asymptomatic people it's usually not necessary )
Health Tips
Excessive worry is in fact a cause of lot of other things . eventually BP and sugar may rise due to stress . Its impossible to predict the future but if you don't have risk factors please stop excessively worrying.
