If fetal movement is not good and there is pain abdomen you may be having preterm labour or premature birth

Take Tablet Duvadilan 10 mg three times a day for three days
Take Capsule Susten 200 mg vaginum pessary twice a day for three days

Watch out for any water discharge or blood discharge or back pain . If still no relief please see a gynaecologist to do ultrasound pelvis done for cervical length and funneling.
