Paracetamol per day
How much paracetamol can be taken over day ? My doctor prescribed me Below medicine which makes 2500gms per day. I feel so much sweaty and weak after taking medicine and blood in mucus.

If u r getting ur condition relieved with twice daily of paracetamol..the it is wise to take the dose of 500mg twice ..either maximum can be taken is 4gm

You can take maximum 4 doses of 650mg a day !!each after 6 hours gap!! But not to forget taking plenty of fluids is mandatory to cleanse the body of excess drug!

Paracetamol usual dose is about 500-650mg per dose and there would be 3-4 doses per day for adults A maximum of 4 gram per day is safe above that is harmful and should be supervised by a doctor
