PAPP-A value in double marker test
Hi doctor,
I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and recently done a double marker test. The overall report says screen negative and low risk. However, the PAPP-A value shows -
Result: 1210 mIU/ml
Multiple of Median : 0.49
Is it normal? Anything to worry about?

No need to worry. Low pappa is associated with risk of increased blood pressure in pregnancy and fetal growth restriction. Fetal growth can be monitored. Connect for further information and management
