Pap smear report
Hi, My pap smear report says following Squamous cells with benign reactive changes seen Negative for intraepitheial lesion or malignancy HPV test is negative for all high risk stains. Organism : No Trichomonas or Candida organism are seen. Please explan the report. I am worried about reactive changes.

It's a recent inflammation, may be due to sex or recent period. Nothing to worry

No need to worry. Reactive changes denotes past infection. Repeat papsmear after 3 years
