I will be getting panic very fast, before I was not like that,alone I will be going outside,but now panic more,if I fall down or something happened if I go alone...what to do plse tell me...I should go alone outside ...but can't..y it will happen like that to me...bp is normal sugar is normal...gasteric problem is their ,it is our heriditary ..in my house no happy ...only stress ...at the age of 40 yrs my periods stopped...am taking calcium tablets to my leg pain...I want to go alone and come ..some guiddiness will come if I go and some panic will come..imbalance...y this is happening plse tell me know...

Hi You have told your menses have stopped at age of 40yrs. It can happen in few women and it's normal. But your anxiety issues doesn't look because of hormonal disturbance. It's something more and better take a psychiatrist help for better quality of life which everyone deserves.
