Panic disorder problem
After a while when I fall asleep, my head seems to be spinning And as the body continues to do, the hands and feet become cold And it's kind of scary.  The right side of the head always seems to be something.I always feel sad and cry after a while.I think I have a big disease, maybe I am not live. A few days ago I showed the gastrologi doctor he prescribed nexpro 40, kinpride, Zapiz 0.25. Thoes days after same problem acid, gas, insominia. Again my home physician Prescribed pantop DSR, and some vitamin and Anaesthetic antacid gel, Prothiaden 75. Now same problem and my home physician said me I have a low BP. Please doctors help me now what to do.

I think u have severe anxiety with mild depression and sleep problem. Your gastric problem is also related to it Please start tab d-venlor 50 mg at bedtime along with alprazolam 0.25 mg thrice daily. U can also take pantocid 40 mg at empty stomoch. For 1 wk
