Suddenly my wife feeling head spinning and sweating... What is the reasons for that... Is their any serious...?? Please help me doctor..

Head spinning may be due to various reasons like neurological, ENT, neck related..usually it is associated with unsteadiness and vomiting.. Consult a neurologist and go for complete neurological examination and follow his advice
