According to ur symptoms treatment must be performed. If symptoms are too severe then u have to consult psychiatrist and take medicines and also consult psychologist and take counseling and psychotherapy .
But if symptoms are not so severe then u may take only counseling and psychotherapy and fight with ur panic alone and beat it.

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
if your problem is at the level of disorder, you have been diagnosed and on treatment its always better to complete your treatment.
there are psychotherapies also to manage the panic attacks, but both should go together.
It would be helpful if you seek a psychotherapist as well as it will also add on to the curative process it would be a great help and a need for you at this point so consult with your doctor.
