Panic disorder ,anxiety and ibs
I have been suffering from ibs symptoms since many years which made feel anxious and panicy and I started to have bad panic attacks and anxiety was not even able to leave home. Some nights i would wake from sleep and have bad urge to goto toilet with upset but was not able to seat in toilet due to palpitations and sweating after that i have to take mouth dissolving clonazepam 0.25 which made the panic attack under control most of the time but i was not feeling well so we consulted one of the best psychiatric doctor in surat who prescribed me Desvenlafaxine 50 mg ,toficalm 50,zapiz 0.25 twice along clomipramine 10 mg then increased the dose of Desvenlafaxine 100mg in morning stopped toficalm after few month continued zapiz 0.25 twice daily clopin 10 at night along with trifluoperazine 1 mg at night my panic attacks and anxiety are gone now ibs also better but i want to stop my meds now i am better so what should i do? Doc tried to reduce zapiz but some anxiety symptoms were back

Hello, Seeing the number of medicines you are using. You seem to  had serious symptoms. It is better to decrease the dose of medications only in consultation with your treating psychiatrist.
