Panic disorder and excessive thinking
I am suffering from panic disorder and excessive thinking, I visited a doctor 8 months ago he just gave me medicines and did nothing ELSE.
now it's been 8 months since I have been taking medicines.
Instead getting cured my situation has got worst.
I am feeling now more depressed, less interested in daily activities and confused.
Can anyone here suggest me who is best doctor in mumbai to cure above problems with proper counseling and CBT.
