Panic attacks
I get panick attacks when I feel that I should die. It has going on for years. It gets more worse when situations are difficult and I have no one to talk to. Its an urge and it does go away. But it leaves me scared and un-hopeful for future, at times. I am trying. I guess there are no straitjacket solutions.
