Panic attacks and afraid o staying alone

Hy my brother had some panic attacks and were afraid of staying along, a psychologist prescript him temesta 2,5 mg 1/2 morning and 1 after dinner+ Ranozyp 1 after dinner too.... He took these pills, but he's sleeping all day long. What should we do?
