Panic attack
I am a housewife and I've been experiencing panic attacks for the past 3 years. In my childhood, I faced some disturbances , but I'm not sure if they were panic attacks. After giving birth to my son, I went through postnatal depression and received treatment for six months. Since then, I have been dealing with ongoing panic attack issues. The stress of taking care of my son, supporting the family, and a lack of financial stability and moral support has made it difficult for me to seek treatment. Recently, I relocated to Pune due to my husband's job, and my panic attacks have become more severe. I'm now experiencing panic attacks two to three times a day, with each episode lasting around 30 minutes or more. I'm unsure about the best treatment approach for my situation. Is this a severe case? Should I consult a psychologist and a psychiatrist? What is the most effective treatment, medication, or therapy? Can any doctor suggest the right course of treatment?

Your anxiety is severe enough that it needs a proper treatment for a good family and bodily functioning. Combination of medication and therapy provides the best treatment. Such severe anxiety  (2-3/day) usually requires medicine.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist or psychologist or both

Chest pain is a common symptom of anxiety and panic attacks. Many people say it is the notable feature of their worst episodes. It can also worsen anxiety if a person becomes afraid they are having a heart attack
