Panic attack and heart anxity
I am suffering from panic attacks since 1 year when that comes I am not able to control my self and I feels I die and that time my heartbeats around 90 to 100 ,normolly it around 65 to 75 and I am too much thinking about my heart ,some one die to heart related problem I feels that is coming to me also wt can I do and I am done all cardiac tests all are normol ,normolly my heart beats is 65 to 70 is it ok?
