Panic attack and depression
Dear Doc, I recovered from hyperacidity / gerd recently . Im a active and cheerful person but that one thing that is troubling me for the past 2 months is that i might die soon or someone close to me might pass away . This fear is ringing in the subconcious mind due to which im sad all the time and dont feel like going outside or socialise .Last night i slept at 12 pm as i was alone and i woke up suddenly at 1 pm as i felt fast heart beat which i can feel more promenently at my throat , diziness , shortness of breath , hands and feet little numb .This feeling lasted for 2 mins and went away .After that i woke up several times during the night assuming that i might happen again.I did got my ECG ,BP checked all was normal .Please help as i dont know whats wrong with me .

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. All your symptoms are pointing toward anxiety. As body and mind are interlinked, such mental disturbance can also influence body functioning by causing nervousness, sleeplessness, increased heart beat, negative dreams, constipation, body pain etc. The  solution approach need to be holistic. First you need to eliminate the negative thoughts, which is causing anxiety. Yes, it's easier said than done. You need some kind of psychology counselling support to handle thoughts and increase positive thinking etc. Consult me online or reach out to any psychology counselor nearby your place.
