my endoscopy says nothing just lax in GE junction. blood test shows lipase 672 amylase 86. and ultrasound say normal . and i already feel no pain in abdominal. can i still have cancer in Ct scan?

No, if any dought regarding cancer in stomach ,do upper GI endoscopy n. Clear your dought.
