Pan 40 tablets during pregnancy
Can I use Pan 40 or Pan D during pregnancy on daily basis. Will this effect the baby currently I am 3 months pregnant and using pan 40 because I have acidity before my pregnancy too. Some are suggesting not to use and some are suggesting to have having confusion whether to take or not

Its always better to avoid any kinda of extra medication during pregnancy..
Gastric acidity being common in pregnancy is to be dealt with natural methods prior to starting any antacids.
Although they are not contraindicated but use should be limited
