Taken symptomatic ecg during palpitations. Blood pressure is 130/90. Symptoms were light headedness, weakness, dizziness and sweating. Is the ecg normal ? Highest bpm was 126

This is not your ECG. Such a fine print, and only three leads  have been taken. ECG is not even labelled properly Even your name is not written. The only reason that it is not a copy paste from a book is because the date is written correctly.

The ECG you provided is not an 12 lead ECG It shows tachycardia .For your age one needs to Determine the reasons for this including thyroid status
