Pale face neck and chest
My face looks pale n due to that a bit darker n dull than my actual skin tone. My hands and legs look the actual skin tone n bright white. My face wasn't this tone before but for the last 5-6 yrs this isthe case. Recently i got my s ferritin checked n it was really low 7.04 something n my haemoglobin is also low as a result. Does my facelook pale bcoz of irin deficiency anemia? I went to a dermatologist n got peels done thinking its tan but it didn't improve. Pls help. is this localized paleness only on face bcoz of nutritional deficiency n if yes then given i'm following a proper diet n supplements, how much time would it take to subside.
