Palate expansion.
I am 21 yrs old and I live in Jaipur. I want to get my upper palate expanded using MSE or some other appliance (without surgery). Can someone please recommend me a good orthodontist for the same.

Palate expansion at your age is not recommended, infact there's hardly any possibility.
Surgery is the recommended option if there's high skeletal discrepancy(problem) along with braces.

At age 21, it is mostly dental expansion and not skeletal expansion which you really expect to achieve. Even dental expansion helps in alignment of the teeth and improving the complexity of your problem. You are welcome for a consultation.
