Hi palak can be taken in many ways with various recipes and dishes .. check the method of cooking...if its cooked properly then its nutritious and nutrient loss is less and there would be greater bioavailabiltiy..too.. Always check for the method of cooking , for example like palak paratha with how much oil addition , palak dal, palak roti..or any recipe for that matter , methodology is truly very important ... if its properly cooked with closed lid on it..then its fine and there wont be much of nutrients lost...
Health Tips
preferably palak dal, palak with durd, palak roti etc are healthy options when compared to palak paratha as in palak paratha there is more fat addition which makes it little unhealthy to consume..and it also depends how much oil we are adding to the dish..basing in that we need to consider taking it or not..

Palak as a vegetable will give you more benefits instead of other ways like juice and soup.

It has different benefits in various ways, better to use it in vegetable or juice form. In that way you can consume the maximum quantity of Palak and its nutrient in original form. In form of paratha or chapati the quantity is less and it get diverted from its natural form.
