Pains in fingers
Have pain when i close fingers n make it fist or when holds an object. It happens sometimes not very regular. What is the issue. My reports says iron(42) , D vitamin(28) deficiency. Since two weeks this is there but not daily. Its there When clothes hanging, applying hair oil , and More activity like more cleaning etc which gives more strain resulting in pain. Place of the pain is pointed by fingers in the attachment . age is 28, weight 36kg, height 5ft. Eats very less and feels uneasy if eats more. Used calcium 60k course (weekly once for four weeks) this course stopped three weeks back. Before this course D vitamin report was 5

Can be because of inflamation. Do regular exercise. Add natural antiinflammatory products in your diet  like turmeric.... ginger etc Google it ok. Drink plenty of water. Sun bath . Consume milk and milk products. Consume fruits and green leafy vegetables. Continue. Vit D3 sachet 60000 IU one's in a week for 4 week's. If still not resolves then consult ok.
