Painless Swelling near the nose
I am seeing this swelling from past to days .I was covid postive on 10 of April and and tested neg on 3 of May then the docotor said I have mild pneumonia then on 13 may  I was recovered from pnemonia .then there a facial tenderness and eye pain on left side so I consulted a ent but he said there is no need to worry because I was scared of black fungus. Then it was cured then I started having lot of phwlgm from mouth whenever I use to cry mucus comes out of nose and mouth .then j consulted a herbal doctor she said that is was an allergy .now from past two days there is swelling I am attaching apic where the sweeling is marked with white pen and and there I aline I noticed in my mouth 2 weeks back the docotor said it was nothing .now my nose is dry and sometimes it's opened sometimes is blocked sometimes one is blocked and one is unblocked now I am noticing this swelling attaching the photo marked with white please help me out with this I am very scared .what should I do. please help
