Painless swelling in front of ears
This is present in front of my ears since about 6 months. Initially it was of very less size and gradually it increased and currently is like this. It is not painful or tender and looks like it is adherent to the skin. What can it be and what can I do?

Based upon the photos and clinical symptoms, this seems like an epidermal inclusion cyst infront of left tragus
Usually they remain asymptomatic throughout life, but in case of infection they become tender and filled with pus
Next Steps
At presently as this cyst seems non-inflamed and non-tender, so best course of action would be to get it excised completely with consultation from a general surgeon

Do remain vigilant as any increasing pain and increasing size usually indicate supra added infection which warrants urgent incision & Drainage
Do apply warm compress over the swelling in case of pain and redness and Over the counter analgesics can be taken too
