My ear lobe hole has enlarged
My ear lobe hole has enlarged due to wearing heavy earrings and if not taken care off it will just tear into 2 parts. I want to get it corrected. Can it be done? Is it a costly and painful affair. Please suggest something!!

It can be corrected by a simple surgery- Ear lobe repair. Done under local anesthesia, so not painful.
