Painless periods with cyst
Painless periods. Accidently finding Ovarian emdometriomas for irregular periods of cyst size approximately 7 CM & 4 CM on both ovaries. Doctor prescribed dienogest for 2 years with serial usg. Recent size of cyst by usg approximately 2.6 CM & 1.7 CM of both ovaries & ovarian volume is 19 cc & 8 cc. I'm an unmarried girl for seeking job. No possibility of marriage for atleast 3 to 4 years. Now doctor told me to stop the medicine for 3 montha. Am I on right treatment?? Can suggest anything?. 🙏 🙏

You had ovarian cyst (painless). You took Dienogest . The size of ovaries reduced drastically.
You can stop the medicine for 2 months and see the changes in size of ovaries. If they are static you may continue without Dienoggest. If they are becoming bigger in size, you may have to restart Dieno
